There are a lot of expensive design items, and I understand the process and expense behind its creation. However I don’t believe it’s fair to create an elite market around it. Everyone is entitled to have a home that meets their taste and needs. It should be a personal and honest business. For real people with real needs.
So I created Pura Vida, for me, for you, for anyone that is seeking for inspiration. For those that want to have a beautiful home but don’t want and can’t spend much money on it. For the do-it-yourself community, that can create so many things for their homes, and recycle and repurpose furniture and accessories.

I love making things like jewelry, home decoration, painting, restoring and upcycling items. I got interested in a lot of Design specialties as I grew up, although Interior Design remains as my favorite.
I developed various projects from Interior and Graphic Design to Artistic one-of-a-kind Jewelry. Always challenging my creativity and skills. With the Internet I found ways to share my work and inspiration, and I guess that is my most important goal: share my knowledge and somehow inspire others to be creative themselves.
I truly believe that we can take the most out of our homes without spending too much money. We can decorate with old and new items, with things we make ourselves no matter the degree of handiness we have. There's always a way to give our home our own personal touch.
